Hennessy, promoter of WBC super middleweight champion Carl Froch, wants
to bring his fighter's next clash, with WBA champion Mikkel Kessler, to
a venue in Britain. Froch won a close split decision over Andre Dirrell
last Saturday in Nottingham. Kessler faces Andre Ward on November 21 in
the challenger's backyard of Oakland. Kessler's bout with Froch is more

WBC
super middleweight champion Carl Froch saw no controversy with his
recent split decision win over Andre Dirrell in Nottingham, England.
The fight was close and so were the scores. European judges Massimo
Barrovecchio and Daniel Van de Wiele scored it 115-112 for Froch, and
Mexican judge Alejandro Rochin favored Dirrell, 114-113.
Froch said Dirrell refused to fight so he went the extra mile and roughed the challenger up when the two of them got close.

During a recent appearance in Germany to
promote the dvd release of "Tyson," the former undisputed heavyweight
champ Mike Tyson was asked for his opinion on the upcoming Vitali
Klitschko-Chris Arreola clash. Tyson told RTL reporters that he
predicts a knockout win for the defending champion.
Klitschko defends his crown against Arreola on September 26 at Staples
Center in California. Arreola is a heavy underdog in the fight. He
plans to come out swinging in the first round and few anticipate the
fight going the distance. There are questions marks about Arreola's
stamina and ability to last in a tough fight for twelve rounds. Arreola
has never gone past the eight round in his pro career.
Klitschko has never been seriously hurt or dr

After the fight with Juan Diaz was over at
the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, Paulie Malignaggi was furious with
the decision. He was very upset with the 118-110 score of Gale Van Hoy.
The other two judges had it 115-113 and 116-112 for Diaz. A few days
ago on BoxingScene.com, Malignaggi complained about the possible
screwjob by Van Hoy. He knew some home cooking was coming his way from
Van Hoy.
Malignaggi didn't want to take the Diaz fight in Texas. His back was
against the wall after the poor performance against Ricky Hatton.
"I thought I won the fight. I made an issue about the judges before
[the fight]. I wasn't making sh*t up. I felt very ready for the fight.
For nine months I was waiting for an opportunity since the Hatton
fight. I felt t
